Joel is CEO and co-founder of Infener. He is also a partner and holds a management position at the W&P Group. His extensive expertise in the field of hydrogen originated at an early stage and has continuously developed since. Scientific studies in the field of geosciences at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen were preceded by a degree in business administration from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Further specialization was achieved through a master’s degree in business administration and relevant postgraduate studies at the University of Leicester.

Felix is CBO, business developer, and co-founder of Infener. He is responsible for building the company, developing the portfolio of solutions and products, and serves as the creative mind of Infener. Coming from a background in advertising, in 2019, he founded heed, an agency for brand development in Lisbon, that focuses on the green-tech sector. Renewable energy solutions featuring the innovative use of hydrogen have always fascinated him. The long-standing friendship and complementary skills of Felix and Joel led to the founding of INFENER. Both are driven by the desire to leverage all opportunities to make a positive impact on the world.

Christoph, CTO and co-founder of Infener, is also founder of the W&P
Group. As an industrial engineer, he has always been engaged in intelligent, innovative, and sustainable energy and building technology solutions. He views hydrogen as a central component of the energy transition.

Patrick brings over 25 years of executive experience from Schätzle AG and Schätzle GebTech AG. There, he spearheaded the integration of building technology and focused on the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energies, with a particular emphasis on hydrogen production and refuelling
stations. In 2022, he founded his own company. Since 2024, he is a board member at Infener and contributes his expertise and enthusiasm for new technologies.

Pius, board member and co-founder of Infener, previously held senior positions at Reass AG and Honeywell, before assuming the management of Pfiffner AG in 2005. He specialises in the development of larger areas and real estate projects, integrating sustainable energy technology. He firmly believes that hydrogen will make a crucial contribution to the future of energy.

David, board member and co-founder of Infener, also serves as CFO and board member of Vetropack Holding Ltd. Through his work, he creates a bridge between high-tech industry and energy sector. He views hydrogen as the ideal solution for the challenge of achieving sustainability and net zero emissions by 2030.
